Snack on dates or another piece of fruit as a mid-morning snack.
For lunch eat potatoes, sweet potatoes, butternut squash, or spaghetti squash, or a large FRUIT BOWL.
START reducing your fats, including animal proteins to maybe once per day and moving your choice to eat animal protein to the evening. Stick to poultry or fish.
DON'T go longer than 2 hours without eating something! Always let it be some sort of fruit choice.
